*IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING DAMAGED PACKAGES*

Damaged packages received via carrier should NOT be accepted. If you have accepted a damaged shipment and find one of your products to be malfunctioning you have 48 hours to contact our support team. You can reach the support team at support@promevo.com and the team will facilitate an exchange with our vendor.


Return Requirements:

  • All Returns (i.e. not a repair or exchange) must be unopened and submitted within 14 days of receiving the devices.

  • All Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and include all accessories.  (Devices not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% fee or $200 (whichever is lower).

  • All Return items must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your original order, using the RMA call tag provided to you by Promevo, or the returned item(s) will not be accepted.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)tags expire 10 business days after issuance and will not be reissued.

  • Chrome Management Licenses and Chromebox for Meetings software Licenses are not returnable or refundable.  

  • Cart returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Return shipping on carts is not provided.


Exchange Requirements for Defective Devices:

  • All Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) items must be returned within 30 days (21 days if a Lenovo device) of the receipt of your original order, using the RMA call tag provided to you by Promevo, or the returned item(s) will not be accepted.

  • All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and include all accessories.  (Devices not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% fee or $200 (whichever is lower).

  • RMA tags expire 10 business days after issuance and will not be reissued.

  • Any replacement item(s) shipped to the Customer in anticipation of an RMA return will be treated as a new order.  Customer will be responsible for payment in full for the original and the new order in the case of an RMA non-return.

  • All repairs/returns/exchanges outside of 30 days must go through the manufacturer. See Manufacturer Contact Information below.



Chromeboxes and Chromebox for Meetings Bundles are non-returnable.
